My talented son

It is a mother’s wish that her children grow up to be goodhearted people and maybe in the process have something of herself in them.

My son not only grew up to be a strong man, good father and loving person, with the most beautiful heart (it is not only his bias mother’s opinion), but he also received several talents. One of these talents manifested in a drawing he made for a special person in his life. Hopefully I can take a bit of credit for it, as I infiltrated his world with paintings, arts and lots of colours. When I saw the pencil sketch it took my breath away, knowing my son has the ability to create and express his love through art.

It is a wonderful thing if you share a love for art with your children and I am grateful that my son includes me not only in his life, but also in his journey discovering his one voice in art.
