This Green Forest painting portrays the times we are living in. A dark world represented by the dark green forest on the left, and light coming from the right side of the painting, where the bridge is. A bridge has always represented the Son of God (Jesus Christ) to me Him being the bridge between us in this physical world, and God who is Spirit.

The yellow flowers, (called swamp lanterns) in contrast with the dark forest, represents the children of God who have found "the bridge", and shining in the darkness like lanterns. The Yellow color also represents HOPE. In war times yellow ribbons have often been worn to say bring our troops home, portraying the hope they had of seeing their family again. In the same way we can have hope in God to reunite us with our families again in heaven one day if we are his children.

The swamp and sticks represent the world around us, that is in a mess and needing God. The five white flowers in the painting represents gifts God has given us (that only functions trough pure unreserved love,) in this world to help and serve others. These gifts can only be accessed by going into the water, (which represents the Holy Spirit).
